Democratic Central Committee - Senatorial District 21 - Anne Arundel County

Local central committee members of the Maryland Democratic Party are elected in gubernatorial election years at the primary election held in June. The last primary was June 24, 2014. Prior to 2014, the primary election was held in September.

After election by the voters, some local central committee members are unable to serve. When circumstances warrant it, the State central committee then appoints new members to replace those who have resigned, moved, or died.
